**Business Development Manager / Sales Consultant**

**The Role**:
ELB Electroboard is seeking dynamic and results-driven Sales Executives to join our team. The positions will be responsible for generating new business opportunities and driving sales growth for our audio-visual solutions to Government, Health, Education and/or Corporate clientele.

**Responsibilities**:
1. Identify and prospect potential clients through various channels, including cold calling, revisiting past clients from our extensive database, networking, and referrals.

2. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients, providing customised solutions to meet their needs.

3. Prepare, support and deliver proposal responses, including detailed RFP requirements, and negotiate contracts.

4. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth project implementation and customer satisfaction.

5. Identify trends and customer needs, building a short/medium/long term sales pipeline in accordance with quarterly and annual targets.

6. Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to management.

7. Continuously develop product knowledge and sales skills.

**Requirements**:
1. Successful track record in B2B sales targeting Government, Health, Education and/or Corporate clientele, preferably in the audiovisual industry or similar.

2. High level of communication and interpersonal skills, negotiation and closing skills, effective time and territory management skills.

3. Self-motivated, target-driven and comfortable in a fast paced environment.

4. Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools.

5. Willingness travel and attend customer sites or lead generating events as needed.
