About Us:
Espresso Bar International in Maroochydore is a vibrant and customer-focused café known for its high-quality coffee and welcoming atmosphere. We are currently seeking a full-time Manager / Senior Barista to lead our team and ensure exceptional service every day.

About the Role:
We are looking for a highly qualified barista with at least 5 years of experience to manage the daily operations of our café. As the Manager, you will be responsible for leading a small team, maintaining smooth service, and ensuring our customers enjoy a consistent and outstanding experience. This is a hands-on role that requires strong leadership, a passion for coffee, and a commitment to excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee day-to-day café operations and team performance
- Ensure all areas of the café are clean, well-maintained, and inviting
- Manage inventory including ordering and replenishing coffee beans, and other supplies
- Provide frequent reporting and updates to HQ on operations, performance, and any issues
- Manage, hire, Motivate and support staff to maintain high standards of service and professionalism
- Handle customer queries, feedback, and complaints with a friendly and solution-focused approach
- Be available to work during opening hours, including weekends, holidays, and Christmas trade

Skills & Requirements:

- Minimum 5 years barista experience with excellent coffee-making skills
- Strong leadership and organizational skills
- Excellent verbal communication and listening skills
- Proven customer service expertise with a customer-first attitude
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain a clean and safe environment
- Ability to sell and upsell based on customer needs
- High level of reliability and strong work ethic
- Positive attitude and strong people skills

Pay: $46,460.00 - $74,285.85 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Afternoon shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift

- Weekend availability
