Barista/server

We are looking for someone that will be able to step up into assistant cafe manager or cafe manager role, with training.
Maroochydore cafe requires an experienced all rounder with excellent barista skills and some experience facilitating the team & day to day operations of a mid size cafe.
Beneficial experience, includes staff management, stock, rosters, shift running, or problem solving. (Along with quality coffee, service & speed)
8am - 5pm, air conditioned cafe.
No split shifts, usually consecutive days off, full pay guaranteed, positive happy team.
