**About The Role**

Our Duty Managers provide hands-on support with the running of shifts. With the help of store management you’ll be responsible for:

- Supervising and coaching a large team to deliver the ‘sweetest’ experience and products
- Supporting with store operations and standards
- Maintaining cafe presentation to wow our customers
- Full time and Part time opportunity to work across a flexible 7-day roster

**About You**

- Experience in hospitality
- Supervisory experience is ideal, but if you’re ready to step up we want to hear from you
- Must have Barista Experience
- Must have customer service experience
- Must love working with people
- team members and customers
- Thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work during peak trading days and hours, including evenings and weekends

- Barista: 1 year (preferred)
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
