**Job description**

- **Barista Duties (you must be familiar with speciality coffee, DO NOT APPLY if you don't have experience with specialty coffee, EK43, brewing recipes and advanced latte art skills.**:

- Prepare and serve high-quality coffee and other beverages, following established recipes and techniques with consistent latte art is a MUST.
- Must to be familiar with Speciality coffee, recipes, tasting notes, single origin.
- Consistently produce latte art and ensure beverage presentation meets our standards.
- Monitor coffee bean inventory and communicate with management to ensure stock levels are maintained.
- **Customer Service**:

- Greet customers warmly upon arrival and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their visit.
- Take customer orders accurately and efficiently, including food and beverage selections.
- Handle cash and electronic payments, process transactions accurately, and reconcile sales at the end of shifts.
- Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally, striving to exceed their expectations.
- **Café Maintenance**:

- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the café, including the counter, seating areas, and restroom facilities.
- Assist with opening and closing duties, such as setting up equipment, restocking supplies, and cleaning equipment and surfaces.
- Monitor and report any maintenance issues or equipment malfunctions to management for prompt resolution.

MUST be able to work Saturday's and Sundays.
This job is for 2-4 days per week shits to start as part-time position with potential for 40h for full time.

Contract length: 12 months + if full time.

Pay: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
