Payroll Analyst

**How will I help?**

Payroll Operations is part of our HR Services family. Your role will be key in ensuring Westpac’s payrolls are processed compliantly and accurately as well as providing high quality customer service. Come and join our experienced and supportive team on a 2 year full time basis You will work from home as well as our Parramatta office location.

Some of your key responsibilities will include:

- Delivering high quality customer service through a one touch approach to inbox queries
- Bulk upload processing and system administration
- Contributing to the timely processing of fortnightly and monthly payruns
- Actively engaging in projects, audits or analytics as required by the Payroll Operations, Senior Manager
- Analysis of payroll escalations and supporting annual events such as remuneration review, EA and rate changes

**What do I need?**
- Previous experience working across Payroll
- A strong understanding of the payroll process and proven ability working in a fast paced environment
- Strong problem solving skills and a high attention to detail
- Accounting/ payroll qualifications are desirable
