Trainee Recruitment Consultant Role in Healthcare

Sigma Resourcing is a well established healthcare recruitment brand located in Sydney's CBD looking to revolutionise the way recruiters work and are rewarded.

We are currently looking for a Trainee Recruitment Consultant to join our successful team. This position is a warm desk focused on healthcare sector clients in particular.

If you are happy to pick up the phone, build rapport with others easily and are self-motivated then it is you are what we are looking for.
Ideally what we're looking for is someone who can take direction and most of all is motivated to get the job done. You don't need to be a A-grade student but a good track record and a healthy sense of humour will help.

**Requirements**:

- Ideally one year's sales experience
- **Self Motivated.**:

- **Determined to succeed.**:

- **Ability to work independently.**:

- Good people and communication skills.
- Ability to build rapport with a diverse range of people.
- **Solid track record/Work history.**:

- **Hard working.**:

- Valid citizenship or permanent residency. No sponsorship available sadly.
