**About the Role**:
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Recruitment Consultant to join our dynamic team in Sydney.

As a Recruitment Consultant at Gorilla Jobs, you will be responsible for attracting and placing top medical professionals in new roles, as well as building and maintaining strong relationships with clients.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Meet and exceed sales targets
- Contribute to the growth and success of the team

**Requirements**:

- 1-2 years of sales experience
- Proven success in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work in a team environment and autonomously
- High level of integrity and strong moral values
