**About the role**

We are looking for Trainee Recruitment Consultants to join our thriving and high performing teams.

Successful recruitment consultants are highly active, socially outgoing/engaging, and tenacious, determined to out-compete their competition in what is one of the most competitive sales and service industries around.

We are looking for trainees to join the business and work through the ACR Academy (An on-the-job training program that covers every aspect of recruitment over an initial 3-month period). If successful, you will then work within one of our well-established divisions with close mentoring and ongoing training by our senior management team.
