We recruit for Building & Property, Transportation & Renewable Energy projects.

**About the role**:
We are looking for a Trainee Recruitment Consultant to join us and work through the ACR Academy (An on-the-job training program that covers every aspect of recruitment over an initial 3-month period). If successful, you will then work within one of our well-established divisions with close mentoring and ongoing training by one of our Division Managers.

We have a clearly defined career path based on performance metrics that can take you from Trainee through to Associate Director in a relatively short time.

Working in recruitment you are directly rewarded for the hard work you put in, both financially and in terms of job satisfaction and subsequent results.

**About you**:

Previous, successful sales experience would be an advantage.
