Due to continued growth we are seeking a **Resourcing Consultant / Para-Consultant / Trainee Consultant **to join our successful **Speciality Medicine recruitment team**.

This team operates in an exciting and fast-paced environment of medical recruitment to supply doctors across the entire country. **No day is ever the same OR boring**

This opportunity is an internship in medical recruitment - Please note this is recruitment, **this is not HR** / Human Resources

**Responsibilities**

In this role you will be directly supporting two market leading recruitment consultants in all aspects of the medical recruitment process including:

- Talent Acquisition and management
- Compiling credentialing documentation

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience of medical recruitment is not required for this role but ideally you will have some experience in a sales or customer service environment.
- You will need to have excellent communication skills and an eye for detail.
- The right drive and mindset is essential as you will be a critical part in the team for the delivery of doctors.
