**As a Logistics Specialist..**

..you will be responsible for managing overall coordination of domestic freight to customers in Australia. The individual will be responsible for delivering exceptional service, working closely with the wider supply services team and Reckitt’s supply chain partners (3PLs) to deliver performance at the lowest available operating cost.

**Your day to day responsibilities include..**
- Being the key user for the outbound Transport Management Systems
- Managing the planning of freight with the most optimised equipment and routing
- Managing bookings with Logistics Service Providers & Customer DC’s within the set lead times to always meet service expectations
- Managing pickup and delivery issues and risks, proactively resolve to avoid customer impact
- Compiling KPI and spend reporting, provide insight for opportunities to improve and challenge behaviour where required to remove unnecessary cost and complexity.
- Managing invoice validations, processing and providing administrative support across Reckitt Customer logistics
- Understanding warehouse constraints and managing daily alignment with shipping operations to influence superior customer solutions

**You’ll succeed if you have..**
- Transport Planning Experience
- Experience with Oracle Transport Management
- Transport Management experience in DG Handling plus Road Regulations & Chain of Responsibility
- Strong understanding of the CoR existing and new regulations
- Ability to identify trends and analyse information
- Excellent organisation and communication skills
- Confident stakeholder manager
- Valid DG Certification for Road & Sea is a plus
