**About the role**:
We're on the lookout for an analytical and forward-thinking Logistics Specialist to join our energetic Supply team at Reckitt. You'll be the brains behind the seamless delivery of our products, ensuring they reach our customers quickly and efficiently. **Your responsibilities**:

- Analyse logistics data and performance, using insights to improve operations within your region.
- Foster strong relationships with partners and carriers to ensure our products move smoothly and swiftly.
- Keep a vigilant eye on costs and service levels, identifying smart areas for improvement.
- Roll up your sleeves and dive into logistics projects, excited to fine-tune the gears of our supply chain.
- Regularly evaluate our logistics processes, always seeking ways to be better, faster, and smarter

**The experience we're looking for**:

- Proven experience (3 + years) working within supply chain operations team, managing 3PL performance, with knowledge of the Australian industry and WHS ideally in FMCG, Food and Beverage, Pharma manufacturing, transportation or customer service area.
- A knack for numbers and data analysis, with proficiency in tools that turn data into dialogue.
- Excellent communication - you interact with ease, whether with tech teams or transporters.
- A detail-devoted, organised approach, juggling tasks with the precision of a seasoned pro.
- Relationship management savvy - because you know a smooth supply chain is built on strong partnerships.
- Knowledge of Australia and New Zealand codes for Transportation of Dangerous Goods and Chain of Responsibility.
