We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Logistics Specialist to join our dynamic team in Mascot, NSW. Reporting to the Head of Logistics ANZ, you will coordinate and optimise the flow of materials and goods across our supply chain. This role is pivotal in ensuring timely, cost-effective, and accurate delivery of products and materials to both internal and external stakeholders.

You'll play a key role in supporting field operations and enhancing customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate inbound and outbound logistics operations, including transportation, warehousing, and inventory control

  • Monitor shipment schedules and proactively resolve delays or disruptions

  • Liaise with suppliers, 3PLs, and internal teams to ensure seamless logistics execution

  • Communicate effectively with internal and external customers, providing timely updates and ETAs

  • Maintain accurate records of shipments, inventory levels, and logistics costs

  • Analyse logistics data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement

  • Support logistics strategy implementation and continuous improvement initiatives

  • Ensure compliance with international shipping regulations and company policies

  • Collaborate with procurement, planning, and 3PL teams to align logistics with business needs

  • Manage internal reporting to track cost and revenue

  • Drive continuous improvement across logistics functions to enhance field efficiency

What You'll Bring:

  • Degree or diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field preferred

  • Proven experience in logistics or supply chain roles

  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office tools

  • Proficiency in ERP (SAP), CRM, and inventory management systems.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Ability to build and develop strong collaborative working relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners
