They have been transforming businesses for over 28 years with digital solutions which automate business processes, drive customer engagement and maximise ROI. **The Opportunity** Working in a high-performance culture and a collaborative team environment, our client requires an experienced and motivated SQL Production Analyst Programmer to join their Technical Services team. - "We thrive on simplicity. We are agile and are encouraged to seek inventive and new ways to do things."_ This is a full-time permanent position, based at the company's head office in Oakleigh, Melbourne. **What you'll be doing**: Reporting to our Technical Lead (Technical Services) and working closely with other team members, you will need to be able to communicate clearly at all levels. Duties include: - Processing database requests and extracting and manipulating information for various purposes, e.g. mailing house. - Create basic SQL queries. - Create Stored Procedures. - Importing and modifying data into MS Access and SQL Server databases. - Some manual cleansing of data prior to loading. - De-duplication of data. - Generate accurate statistical reports as required on a daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly and ad hoc basis. - Work closely with Account Managers to deliver IT projects/tasks accurately and on time. - Problem analysis, troubleshooting, debugging statistical data reports. **What's on offer**: You will enjoy a working environment that is both mutually respectful and rewarding, built on core values of creativity, integrity, respect and trust. - Diverse and varied role, full-time, Monday - Friday - Join an established company who works with tier one clients - Free parking **Skills & Experience**: - A degree in IT, or comparable experience - SQL Server knowledge & experience including the operation of SSIS & SSRS - Experienced with process re-engineering - MS Access experience (good to have) - Intermediate Microsoft office - Excellent communication skills (verbal & written English) - Strong time management & organizational skills - **The right to permanently live & work in Australia** **Sound like a good fit?
