The **Product Analyst**supports the Product Owner in managing a product stack in the Airport Experience & Operations domain. You will support the design, maintenance, communication and delivery of the product vision and roadmap. This role will contribute to ideation, prioritization, and the delivery of high-value features and engaging customer experiences. You will also assist in supporting the product stack and ensuring it meets compliance requirements.

Reporting to the Product Manager, the Product Analyst will support the Product Owner and engage key stakeholders across Jetstar Groups and Technology teams to connect and drive value in an agile delivery environment.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Support the Product Owner in developing and maintaining the product roadmap for the product stack, aligning with stakeholder needs.
- Assist with the development and launch of new products and features
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure product alignment with business needs
- Consult on key projects and initiatives impacting the product stack
- Analyse product performance, user behaviour, and engagement metrics to identify improvement opportunities
- Monitor and drive for improvements around technology-related operational delays to ensure alignment with business goals.
- Continuously identify opportunities to reduce cost and / or increase efficiencies in product stack
- Be an escalation contact for product issues impacting operations and compliance

**You’ll have**:

- Tertiary qualification in business / Information Technology
- 1-2 years’ experience in developing, analysing, designing or running software and technology products
- Knowledge and understanding of aviation & travel technologies, e.g. Airport systems, Departure Control Systems, Self-Service Kiosk and Bag Drops, Baggage Sortation and Tracking Systems, Common Use Platforms (preferred)
- Experience in Agile methodologies and product management tools
- Proven experience in engaging and collaborating with key business and technology stakeholders, as well as service partners and vendors.
- Excellent documentation skills - prior experience with JIRA and Confluence preferred
- Proven ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience working on large-scale and complex business environments
- Flexibility to navigate a fast-paced and dynamic industry
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
