- Excellent communication and problem solving skills are essential with an eye for detail;
- Experience in rostering, function coordination, meeting financial targets;
- Customer and function liaising;
- Sound food, beverage and coffee knowledge paired with impeccable customer service;
- Responsible cash handling, POS till systems;
- Be adaptive and flexible to business needs and to meet business targets and goals.
