**Job Description**:

- An exciting opportunity has arisen for an entry level Front of House to join our highly successful Residential team, based in our Melbourne CBD office in our brand-new state of the art showroom space. _
- As part of this role, you will create the first impression for our clients and be a key point of contact able to assist with a range of queries. _
- _ Welcoming all guests, clients and customers to our Showroom space_
- _ Supporting our high standard client engagement approach through the coordination of meeting rooms, event coordination & support all aspects of a memorable client experience_
- _ Assisting with the management and maintenance of our modern in-house technology_
- _ Assisting with contractors and office maintenance requests_
- _ Arranging incoming & outgoing couriers & mail services for the office_
- _ Processing invoices and managing corporate credit card receipts_
- _ Ensure all systems, registers, filing are maintained and up to date_

**Qualifications**:

- To be successful in this role, you will ideally possess the following:_
- _ Strong customer-centric approach;_
- _ Intermediate MS office and advanced computer skills;_
- _ High attention to detail;_
- _ Excellent organisational skills;_
- _ Exemplary written and verbal communication skills; and_
- _ Proactive, team orientated attitude including a high level of initiative_
