Trainer and Assessor for Hospitality Management

ACM has requirements for Trainer and Assessor for Hospitality Management Qualification.

We are currently seeking trainers who qualified to deliver training and assessment in the following qualifications:

- SIT30821 Certificate III in Commercial Cookery
- SIT40521 Certificate IV in Kitchen Management
- SIT50416 Diploma of Hospitality Management

Ideally, we are seeking a trainer who is qualified to deliver training in all these qualifications.

You should have extensive experience as a cook or chef, developed over at least 2 years in the kitchen. You should have experienced teaching commercial cookery trade courses in a reputable college, TAFE, or dual-sector university. You must also be highly organised, self-motivated, and able to work both in teams and independently.

**Essential Criteria**:
**Applicants must**:

- Hold the relevant vocational qualification (or equivalent or higher)
- Have extensive and recent experience working in the relevant industry, and have verifiable and demonstrable evidence of same
- Have experience delivering training within the relevant industry.
- Hold the TAE40116 Certificate IV in Training & Assessment (or equivalent or higher)
- Undertake annual professional development in the fields of learning and assessment, including competency-based training and assessment.
- Be self-motivated, punctual, reliable and well-presented.
- Have contactable referees.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $40.00 - $55.00 per hour
