We are looking for qualified Cookery and Hospitality Trainers & Assessors to deliver hospitality qualifications from Certificate III in Commercial Cookery to Advanced Diploma of Hospitality Management level. This role offers the opportunity to share your professional expertise with passionate students.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct classroom and kitchen-based training sessions.

- Assess students' skills and maintain compliance documentation.

- Support learners to achieve competence and industry readiness.

- Participate in continuous improvement of course delivery.

Requirements:

- Certificate III in Commercial Cookery or higher hospitality qualification.

- Current TAE40116 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment.
