**About the role**:
We are looking to recruit a professional Trainer and Assessor for our Melbourne campus to be part of our Academic Team for the following qualifications:

- _Certificate IV in Kitchen Management_
- _Diploma of Hospitality Management_
- _Advance Diploma of Hospitality Management_
- _Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care_
- _Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care_
- _Diploma of Community Services_
- _Diploma of Leadership and Management_
- _Graduate Diploma of Management (Learning)_

As a trainer and assessor, you will be delivering and assessing the units under the VET Quality Framework.

**Tasks & responsibilities**:
Design, deliver, and assess units of competency that sets a high standard as per organization policy and procedure.

Familiarize and contribute to reviewing training and assessment strategy for the qualification being delivered.

Mentor and support students in their academic activities.

Participate in industry consultation, moderation, staff, and validation meetings.

Maintain currency in relevant fields as per ASQA requirements.

Applicants must have experience in training and assessment and should hold current industry skills and comprehension.

**Qualifications & Experiences**:
Should hold Certificate IV in training and assessment (TAE40116) or relevant degree.

Should have industry experience and relevant qualification to the course delivering.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and ability to work without direct supervision.

**Salary**: $45.00 - $50.00 per hour

- 8 hour shift
