**The Role**

Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day operations of the Estimating department and provide positive leadership and direction to the team in line with the department’s operational goals and targets.

Other key responsibilities include;
- Manage the workflow of day-to-day operations of the Estimating department
- Implement and enhance procedures to create efficiencies in department processes
- Mentor, coach and support staff performance and development
- Monitor allocation of tasks, targets, queries and progress of them
- Maintain and update supplier price catalogue and model maintenance take-off systems
- Provide training and guidance to Estimators on company policies, procedures and work methods
- Proactively seek opportunities to implement operational and procedural improvements and make strategic decisions through data and reports
- Work collaboratively with key stakeholders including teams within Operations and Construction
