They are a centrally located, local manufacturer that offer a complete range of services. They have a well-established portfolio of longstanding clients throughout Australia and a diverse range of projects in Hospitality, Retail, Healthcare and more.

**POSITION**

Due to company growth the position of Estimating Manager is now available in Perth

This role will see you reporting to the General Manager and working closely with their team of experience Project Managers.

Some reponsibilities include:

- Reviewing tender documentation;
- Organizing quotations from suppliers and contractors within a specified time frame;
- Analyzing labour, material, and time requirements for a project;
- Liaising with customers to ensure that their requirements are met;
- Preparing proposals for submission to the customer;
- Monitoring costs at the different stages of a project to ensure it stays within the estimated costs.
