As the Head of Agile Delivery at Tyro, you will play a pivotal role in leading cross-functional teams to develop and execute delivery plans that optimise our value streams. - In this role, you'll drive a customer-focused approach by maximising value through MVPs and iterative development. Leading the "Fast Track" value stream, you'll support sales and deliver solutions for partners and clients. You'll manage Tyro's delivery practices, ensuring consistent workflows, aligning initiatives with strategic goals and overseeing a QA team of 20 to maintain strong testing standards.- What you'll do:- Delivery Planning: Develop comprehensive delivery plans for our value streams, ensuring effective management of interdependencies across cross-functional teams. - Customer-Centric Focus: Drive a customer-centric approach by maximising value through the delivery of MVPs and iterative enhancements based on user feedback. - Critical Path Definition: Define the right sequence and critical path for project delivery, considering customer MVP architecture and addressing technical debt to ensure timely outcomes. - Testing Strategy Oversight: Define and implement a comprehensive testing strategy that ensures high-quality deliverables, including automated and manual testing practices. - Quality Assurance Leadership: Lead the quality assurance team in establishing QA processes, testing frameworks, and best practices to support efficient and effective testing. - Process Enhancement: Embed and enhance the Tyro way of working, leading quarterly planning and delivery cycles to ensure alignment and efficiency. - Cross-Functional Leadership: Lead and motivate cross-functional teams, facilitating collaboration and communication to deliver high-quality outcomes on time and within scope. - Team Facilitation: Support teams in forming virtual value streams based on project work, optimising resource allocation and collaboration for maximum impact. - KPI Definition: Define and measure key performance indicators (KPIs) to track effectiveness and drive continuous improvement in delivery efforts. - Collaborative Management: Partner with the product team, PMO, architecture team, Head of Technology, and other stakeholders to actively manage the delivery of agreed objectives, ensuring effective prioritisation and trade-offs to maximise value. - Stakeholder Engagement: Maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including the product team, PMO, architecture team, and Head of Technology, to ensure transparency and alignment throughout the delivery process.What you'll bring: - Previous experience leading high-performing technology delivery teams.- - Proven ability to lead and coordinate cross-functional teams effectively to deliver successful project outcomes.- - Strong experience in managing dependencies and facilitating collaboration among diverse teams.- - Demonstrated success in implementing effective QA practices and delivering high-quality products.- - A strong track record of defining and measuring KPIs to assess project success and team performance.Perks and Benefits We’ve worked hard to create an environment that’s big on diversity, inclusion, and flexibility, and one that suits the changing needs of_ _our people across Australia.
