**The Role**

This is an exciting opportunity to join The Ms Frankie Group as the Assistant Restaurant Manager at our Carlton location with a succession plan to take the role of Venue manager asap. We are looking for a driven and motivated individual who can support and become the Venue Service Manager in driving business performance, developing a high-performing team, and creating memorable guest experiences.

As an Assistant Restaurant Manager, you will embody our core values of being genuine, compassionate, considerate, maintaining high personal standards, having an appetite for connection, and owning your responsibilities.

A day in the life of an Assistant Restaurant Manager will look like:

- Assisting in the day-to-day operations of the restaurant floor
- Training and developing FOH and bar staff to deliver exceptional service
- Managing reservations and responding promptly to customer inquiries
- Collaborating with the kitchen team to ensure smooth service
- Monitoring and maintaining stock levels
- Implementing and upholding Ms Frankie's brand standards and 'Playbook'
- Supporting large group bookings and events
- Actively contributing to achieving venue sales targets
- Minimum 2 years' experience in hospitality and minimum 1 year as a supervisor or higher
- Strong proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Passion for delivering exceptional customer service
- Intermediate wine and cocktail knowledge
- Energetic and enthusiastic with a can-do attitude
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
