Damm Fine Food Co. are seeking a vibrant, professional and self motivated Event Operations Supervisor to join our team. We offer competitive salary, flexible hours but more importantly, the chance to work on and be a part of some of Melbourne's most incredible events.

You will be responsible for recruitment, training, rostering, and managing of the event staff. You will be ensuring that the venues are kept at an impeccable standard that aligns with our brand. On event days, you will be working with our event managers, manage event set ups and pack downs, lead front of house and back of house teams, and most importantly liaise with the clients.

You will need at least 3 years hospitality experience (events experience preferred), a great work ethic, positive disposition, current RSA, and ability to work weekends and evenings is essential.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Casual

**Salary**: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
