**The Company**
Robert Half is currently recruiting an experienced Payroll Officer for an established company in the heart of Melbourne's CBD.
This company specialises in corporate services and is looking for a part time payroll officer who can manage end-to-end payroll in a timely and accurate manor.
The role is offering a temp, part time role including hybrid work opportunity with an immediate start
**The Role**
Reporting to the Finance Manager, some typical duties will involve:
- End-to-end payroll (Fortnightly and monthly pay cycles)
- Onboarding
- Reconciliations
- Provide advice and support to all employee's payroll tax and awards
- Conduct internal Audits
- Prepare and lodge payroll tax and superannuation
- Prepare ad hoc payroll reports for the Finance and People & Culture teams as requested
This position is moving quickly and is perfect for anyone seeking a part time temp opportunity with a quick start.
**Your Profile**
To be successful you will have proven experience in a similar role with a minimum of 3 years' experience. The following attributes will also be highly advantageous:
- Proven 'end-to-end' payroll processing
- Extensive knowledge of payroll practises, procedures, operations, Awards and legislation across multiple states
- Strong Attention to Detail & Accuracy Skills
- Excellent time management skills
- Effective communication skills
- Ability to work autonomously as well as part of the greater Corporate Services Team
- Employment Hero & XERO Accounting Software or similar
- Able to start immediately
