About your next role
We have an exciting opportunity for a Retail Operations Specialist to join this awesome team. This important role ensures our nationwide stores are set up for success, you'll be the glue between the Retail Teams and support office championing communication and operational excellence for both.

**Admin**: Own and manage centralised store administration such as managing retail contact lists, trading hours, store reporting and expenses for stores

**Store Support**: You will be central to store opening and closing, ordering and redistributing all the fixtures, fittings and store consumables. You'll also manage the supplier relationship with our vendor, identifying opportunities for cost savings and service improvements

**Facilities Support**: you'll own and manage support office consumables across our gym, café and other facilities. You'll also assist with the coordination of our exciting internal events.
About You
We're looking for someone who is curious, a natural problem solver, with a high degree of personal accountability. Stores might flag a similar issue a few times, you notice a pattern and as a result you change a process or find a better way of doing things.
- You'll work across a lot of systems and platforms, which we'll train you up on in no time. But we'd love you to come with a sound knowledge in Microsoft Office Suite: Outlook, Word, Access, Excel (Intermediate/Advanced);
- It's highly likely you'll be a list person Being organised, with excellent attention to detail is crucial.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a flexible and team-based approach;
- An ability to work to deadlines and work in a fast paced & energetic environment.
