You will articulate complex financial data into clear, actionable strategies that guide our leadership team in making informed business decisions, ultimately contributing to our Retail Banking team division’s success. This is a significant role with a direct influence on State-level decisioning. **How will I help?** - Continuously improve reporting, data workflows and operational efficiency using automation and modern tools - Analyse branch staffing requests using performance and workload data and provide recommendations to senior leaders - Maintain and create content in SharePoint - Identify and resolve data quality issues to ensure accurate and reliable reporting for leadership decision-making - Prepare and coordinate leadership forums, business reviews and performance discussions with relevant insights and metrics - Translate complex data into clear, actionable reports and executive presentations - Support planning, incentive and recognition processes in alignment with broader frameworks - Provide operational and administrative support to senior leaders, ensuring timely issue resolution and information flow - Troubleshoot minor IT, process and system issues, coordinating with internal support teams as needed - Maintain clear documentation of decisions, processes and principles to support consistency and knowledge sharing **What do I need?** - Advanced in Excel, Power BI, SharePoint and Copilot (AI) - Strong analytical and data interpretation skills, particularly in workforce and productivity analysis - Excellent communication skills with the ability to create clear, executive-level reports and presentations and articulate complex data - Ability to manage competing priorities with urgency and precision - Technically adept, with problem-solving skills for basic IT and system issues - Demonstrated experience in continuous improvement and leveraging automation - Experience in operational support, workforce planning or business management (preferably in financial services and / or a large organisation) **Why join us?** We’re obsessed with becoming our customers’ #1 banking partner for life and we’re looking for people who are passionate about helping us achieve that goal.
