Are you ready to take the next step in your Retail Career? We are on the lookout for an exceptional **3IC/Keyholder/Operations Specialist** to join our Retail Prodigy Group family and play a key role in driving the success of our **Nike** Store in **Melbourne Central**. **Key Responsibilities**:

- Operational Excellence: Key focus on Store Operations ensuring operational efficiency and effectiveness in areas such as payroll/timesheet accuracy and approvals, roster compliance, loss prevention compliance, team availability accuracy, headcount accuracy, daily staffing and zoning plans, Management of facilities maintenance.
- Team Development: Coordinate team member hiring and induction processes, coach and develop a diverse team of talented individuals, promoting a positive and inclusive work environment.
- Leadership: Lead and inspire teams to achieve excellence, fostering a culture of collaboration, creativity, and continuous improvement.
- Customer Focus: Prioritise customer satisfaction by delivering exceptional products and services, aligning with Nike's commitment to quality and innovation.
- Brand Alignment: We're looking for individuals who share our passion and enthusiasm for Nike and align to the company’s values.
- Ability to Provide the Ultimate Customer Experience: Demonstrated skills in creating positive and memorable customer interactions.
- Full Time availability including late night trade and weekend hours.
- Minimum of 1-year prior experience in senior sales roles / keyholder / 3IC positions.
- Experience in rostering, interviewing and conducting inductions a plus
