IGT is the world leader in the design, development and manufacture of gaming products and systems. IGT Australia provides a range of gaming products, systems and services to the Club, Hotel and Casino industries.

We are searching for an Executive Assistant to provide full administrative support to both the SVP / Chief Operations Officer of APAC and Senior Sales Director of ANZ, as well as acting as the central collaboration point for business management activities, projects, deliverables, and presentations.

You will interact with the senior management team and track, monitor, and aid in the progress of projects, action items, and deadlines to ensure on time delivery of committed work and deliverables.

**Other key responsibilities will include**:

- Proactively managing diaries, travel schedules, expense reports of your Managers, and approve invoices nationally
- Assist in internal and external meeting and presentation preparation including development of presentation materials, ensuring AV and meeting room equipment if available and ready and event logistics and support
- Be the go-to resource for all time sensitive, confidential, or cross-departmental special projects, and
- Assist in communication and engagement activities to ensure consistent and impactful communication to employees, investors, partners, and customers
- Management of reception area (and one receptionist)
- Scheduling of various recurring APAC meetings
- Coordination of APAC Legal documents (Wet & Digital)

**To be successful in this role you must be able to demonstrate**:

- Proficient use of Microsoft Office Suite & MS Teams.
- Excellent organisation and time management skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- An adaptive work style to support two executives & leadership team with the ability to take direction whilst also using your own initiative and influencing.
- Ability to deal with issues promptly and equitably.
- Ability to work autonomously.
- Ability to manage a direct report and supervise a small team.
- Previous experience managing general office administration, and at least 5 years in an EA/CEO environment.
- Experience in SAP Concur (Expense Management System)
