Position Summary:
As a Junior Sales Executive, you will be a crucial part of our sales force, responsible for appointment setting, meeting clients, telemarketing, and other entry-level sales activities. This role is designed for individuals with a passion for technology and a desire to build a successful career in sales within a fast-paced environment and supportive team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Appointment Setting:
- Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients to schedule appointments for the sales team and yourself to attend.
- Utilize effective communication skills to generate interest and excitement about our products and services.
- Client Meetings:
- Attend client meetings alongside executives, senior sales executives and management team.
- Present product offerings and address client needs to foster positive relationships.
- Telemarketing:
- Engage in telemarketing activities to identify potential leads and opportunities.
- Effectively communicate product features and benefits to potential customers.
- Sales Support:
- Provide support to the sales team in various administrative tasks.
- Assist in the creation of sales collateral and presentations.
- Sales Training:
- Participate in ongoing sales training programs to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.
- Stay informed about industry trends and competitors.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience) is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Motivated, results-driven, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic understanding of sales principles and techniques.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
Experience:
- Entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply.
