**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage high-standard sales appointments and village tours.
- Showcase accommodation and amenities through various mediums.
- Ensure prospective residents understand tenure and financial aspects.
- Travel interstate as required.
- Nurture warm and hot customers
- Collaborate with village teams, sales administration, sales hub, and marketing.
- Assist in developing and implementing marketing and promotional plans.
- Maintain client information confidentiality, accuracy, and integrity.

**About You**:

- Proven experience in a sales management role preferably within the retirement living or related industry.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to travel between Wagga Wagga and Canberra.
- Valid Driver’s License and reliable motor vehicle.
