**About the Opportunity**

Primary Sales Australia is seeking a proactive and experienced Territory Manager to drive sales growth in NSW region through leading sales, creating strategic relationships with reseller organisations, machinery dealerships and providing in-paddock support to growers.

**About the Role**

In this role you will be responsible for:

- Developing and implementing routine strategic sales calls, territory plans and initiatives to delivery on company growth requirements and profit targets;
- Providing hands on support to growers and dealer partners to ensure our products are supported, well understood and effectively utilised;
- Creating and building valued customer relationships through added-value activities, training, and technical knowledge;
- Supporting sales activities within and outside the designated territory including field days, workshops, customer days etc;
- Maintaining and keep up to date for the region the company CRM.

**About you**:
To be successful in this role you will demonstrate:

- Minimum of three plus years experience in a agricultural sales with experience in the broad acre cropping is highly desirable (grains, pulses, etc);
- Excellent interpersonal skills;
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team:

- Self driven that thrives on autonomy and responsibility;
- Microsoft Office and CRM Salesforce software skills for effective daily management of customer information and sales processes.
