**About the role**

As one of our **Marketing and Communications Officers**, you'll be a vital part of a supportive, creative and high-performing team. This role involves the planning, development and implementation of marketing and communications activities across digital and traditional channels to build the Mamre brand and promote our services, programs and projects.

This is a part-time 9-month maternity leave cover contract with the possibility of extension. Looking for an immediate start, this is a varied 0.6 FTE role with flexible working hours (work 3 full days or school hours).

**KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Developing, implementing and analysing marketing campaigns and always-on activities across owned, earned and paid channels
- Creating and distributing traditional and digital communication materials including eDMs, social media, website content, blogs and brochures
- Ensuring all marketing collateral and assets are aligned with the brand guidelines and key messages, and consistent with Mamre's strategy, values and vision

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- A minimum three years' experience in a similar role
- Relevant tertiary qualifications in marketing, communications or a related field
- A track record in successfully delivering traditional and digital marketing campaigns, activities and initiatives
- Proficiency using social media platforms (FB, Insta, Ll and Youtube)
- Understanding of and experience in SEO and SEM preferred. Google Ads experience will be highly regarded
- Strong written and verbal skills
- Excellent stakeholder management and community engagement skills
