**The Role**

We are looking for a dynamic Marketing Coordinator to spearhead our internal and external marketing initiatives across our sites in South Australia. You will be based in our Windsor Gardens office & report directly to the Marketing Manager and contribute to our brand's market presence and achievement of important business objectives and KPIs.

**Your responsibilities in this role include (but are not limited to)**:

- Assist with delivery of end-to-end campaigns to market and work with the inhouse team to ensure all advertising material is provided correctly in a timely manner.
- Proofing and editing content across various assets to ensure content adheres to brand tone of voice and is executed with accuracy.
- Support various marketing projects as needed (e.g., local campaigns creation, source new marketing opportunities, run community events, celebrate product launches and new location openings).
- Coordinating content/product integration across various marketing initiatives.
- Gathering data across a range of platforms for team analysis and reporting on results for the marketing team.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to inform marketing strategies.
- Analyse marketing data, such as campaign performance metrics and customer feedback, to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing efforts.
- Provide administrative support to the marketing team and managing budgets.

- Minimum 2 years marketing experience
- Enthusiastic and team-oriented mindset
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to build strong relationships with team members.
- Collaborative work approach with both the team and key business partners to achieve objectives.
- Ability to work autonomously while also working with and directing a team.

Pay: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
