**The Role**

This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team within the Arts and Culture sector in the vibrant region of Western Sydney. Based in Windsor, NSW, and reporting to the Manager of Arts and Culture, this role will administer marketing initiatives across a multi-disciplinary context, promoting the services, programs, and events of the Library, Museum, and Gallery (LMG). You will play a key role in the daily strategic marketing efforts to enhance the visibility, reach, and impact of our programs. With strong communication skills and keen attention to detail, you will help implement new processes, develop targeted marketing campaigns, and grow Hawkesbury’s LMG social media and digital presence.

**About You**

You will bring at least 2 years of experience in arts marketing, with the ability to manage multiple projects within the creative industries. Your expertise includes promoting curriculum-based and creative learning programs, events, and public programs to drive audience development and engagement. Strong organizational, problem-solving, and time management skills are essential, as is your ability to meet deadlines. You will also demonstrate highly developed interpersonal, collaboration, and customer service skills.

**Essential Criteria**
- Relevant tertiary qualifications and minimum 2 years’ experience in arts marketing
- Proven ability to develop and implement integrated marketing and communications strategies and campaigns
- Ability to develop and effectively use a range of promotional tools across print, online and social media platforms
- Knowledge of administration within Local Government
- Proven ability to monitor and work within a budget
- Availability to work one of the following schedules: (1) Monday, Wednesday and Thursday or (2) Wednesday, Thursday and Friday
- Current Class C Drivers Licence
- Working with Children Check (WWCC)
