- $37.78/hour + super
- Temp 12-Month Contract with potential for extension or permanency
- Hybrid working model
- Full time position (Monday to Friday on a rotating roster from 8am to 7pm)
- Start date: January 24’
- Based in Docklands, Melbourne

**Your new role**

As a Home Loans Case Manager, you will deliver the desired customer experience by adopting a positive relationship with a customer-centric approach. You will be required to do the following:

- Receive and Initiate Inbound/Outbound calls to customers and internal stakeholders
- Assist in offering appropriate resolutions for delinquent customers with their Secured and Unsecured Lending (Mortgages, Personal Loans, Credit Cards or Debit Accounts)
- Manage complex customer scenarios with a wide array of strategies, while balancing both the customer and the banks' needs
- A genuine passion for providing first-class customer service
- High attention to detail when dealing with customer enquiries
- Exceptional communication skills
- Technical skills to work with multiple systems simultaneously
- Ability to work towards individual targets and team goals
- Strong empathy and have the ability to build rapport with customers
