**Responsibilities**

1) Understand in detail the client's loan requirements and ensure that all

background information is sourced.

2) Ensure that all necessary administrative and procedural tasks associated with

loan writing are carried out in an efficient, effective and professional manner.

3) Maintain knowledge of core business areas so that potential client enquiries can

be redirected or managed when required.

4) Use professional knowledge to communicate with applicant banks

**Requirements**:
1) Basic English and Chinese presentation skills, cheerful and good at

communicating with people

2) Work conscientiously, be careful and prudent, good at learning and thinking,

and responsive

3)Strong anti-pressure

4) Preferably with a relevant study background, such as accounting, finance

5)Have a driving licence and can drive

6)Have relevant practice certificate certificate IV

**Benefits**

1) Relatively flexible working hours, friendly boss and family-like rapport between

staff.

2) High annual salary package + uncapped commission 200,000 is the average

home loan manager's income, the better ones can be in the millions

**Salary**: From $80,000.00 per year

- Melbourne, VIC: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
