
Accounts & Payroll Administrator

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Review and approve employee timesheets to ensure correct line items are recorded.
- Generate weekly invoices via Xero and submit NDIS claims for payments.
- Monitor outstanding receivables and follow up for timely collection.
- Process supplier invoices through Hubdoc and manage payments.
- Handle full-cycle payroll processing, ensuring accurate pay, allowances, deductions, and timely payments in compliance with the SCHADS Award.
- Manage employee data in Xero, ensuring it is updated regularly and accurately; track staff leave and update Xero and Brevity systems.
- Address employee payroll inquiries with professionalism and promptness.
- Prepare and maintain accurate payroll documentation, including payslips, superannuation records, long service leave filings, and other necessary reports.
- Ensure compliance with relevant legislation, including the Fair Work Act, NDIS regulations, and SCHADS Award. Support audit and compliance reporting as required.
**Experience**:
Minimum one year of experience in related field.
**Skills**:
- Strong communication skills
- Analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Proficient in accounting software (Xero)
- Proactive in addressing payroll and invoicing queries from staff and participants
**Job Type**: Part-time
Pay: $28.00 - $34.00 per hour
Expected hours: 15 - 20 per week
