To support this growth, we are seeking a Project Administrator who can lead and deliver technology-driven solutions across departments. The Project Administrator at Bhamare’s Pty Ltd is responsible for the successful planning, execution, and completion of strategic projects across departments, including Production, Commercial and Residential Builders, Project Management, Accounts, HR, and Sales. This role ensures that all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget, while maintaining the highest standards of quality and compliance. The Project Administrator will act as the central point of coordination, fostering collaboration among internal teams and external partners, while driving innovation, efficiency, and continuous improvement throughout the organization.

The Key Responsibilities are
- Define project scopes, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with senior management and department heads.
- Develop comprehensive project plans including schedules, timelines, resource allocation, and risk management strategies.
- Monitor and control project progress, adjusting timelines and resources as needed.
- Collaborate with Production, Commercial and Residential Builders, Project Management, Accounts, HR, and Sales teams to identify operational challenges and implement solutions.
- Act as a liaison between departments to align project objectives with company goals.
- Facilitate regular project meetings and provide updates to stakeholders.
- Estimate and manage project budgets and resource requirements.
- Coordinate with finance and procurement to control costs and secure necessary materials/services.
- Proactively identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Maintain accurate documentation of project processes, milestones, and outcomes.
- Prepare regular status reports and presentations for executive leadership.
- Promote innovation and lean practices in project execution.

**Qualifications & Experience requirements**:
Bachelor’s degree in commerce, Finance, Business Administration, or IT-related discipline. 3+ years of experience managing projects.

**Skill required & well versed with**:
Proficiency in project management tools (e.g. MS Project, or equivalent). Experience in manufacturing, Services, or Technical industries (preferred but not essential).

Pay: $85,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
