**About the role**:
Due to a restructure of roles within the business, we are looking for an experienced Practice Manager to join our amazing team. This position will be full time, working 4 days per week. Ideally, we are looking for someone who possesses the following attributes and experience:

- Strong leadership skills that promote a collaborative and cohesive team environment
- Exceptional communication skills
- A solution based approach
- Proven ability to be self motivated, organised and prioritise tasks
- The ability to address patient concerns in an effective and timely manner
- Adaptable and agile management approach
- The ability to build rapport with team members, practitioners and external stakeholders
- A proactive approach with a strong focus on system and process improvement
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Previous experience leading a team
- Experience within the dental industry is highly regarded
- Relevant practice management or business qualification highly regarded

**Requirements**:

- 2 years experience in a management role
- **Key responsibilities include but not limited to**:

- Oversee the day to day running of the practice
- Oversee team leaders
- Human Resource Management
- Leading team meetings
- Organise team training and team building sessions
- Management Reporting
- Ensure processes and systems are adhered to
- Update systems and process as required

**Remuneration**:
Annual salary of $70000-$90000 depending on experience
