We have a permanent, full-time opportunity for a team-focussed Practice Manager to join our new state of the art Robina clinic. This is an excellent role for someone who possesses exceptional communication and leadership skills, is proactive and highly organised.

You will be responsible for the efficient and effective running of a comprehensive multidisciplinary medical centre. We are looking for someone with the ability to manage and lead a clinic team of Medical Receptionists, GPs, Nurses and Allied Health Professionals, whilst ensuring staff have the necessary resources and support to be successful.

In turn, you will become an integral part of a supported multi-disciplinary team that is focussed on patient, family, and community care.

**What we are looking for**
- The successful applicant will possess:

- A minimum 2 - 4 years practice management experience.
- A passion for delivering exceptional patient care and customer service.
- Continue to empower staff through culture, education and support the group philosophies of teamwork, patient, family and community.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Comprehensive knowledge of Best Practice software, Medicare, WorkCover, DVA.
