In less than two years we have established a large client portfolio in the mining sector, and currently work with various Tier 1 Mining Operators - amongst a list of blue-chip clients with whom we share long-term relationships.

An opportunity exists for a motivated individual to develop and advance their Payroll career. Reporting to the Senior Payroll Officer, you will join a team of professionals to process the end to end payroll function (including lodgement of worker’s compensation, tax and superannuation) for a diverse client portfolio.

**On any day you could be**:

- Keying and interpreting timesheets
- Follow Up timesheet inquiries and ensure timesheets are approved and paid
- Accurate pay and charge data entry into database
- Preparing and processing adjustments when required
- Administration and reconciliation of employee leave entitlements as well as employee deductions including payments to external parties
- Responding to internal and external stakeholder queries in an efficient and timely manner

**You offer**:

- Previous experience within payroll teams
- Previous experience with timesheets/rostering/scheduling
- Excellent time management and communication skills
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to learn and pick up new skills quickly
- Demonstrated commitment of customer service, confidentiality & continuous improvement
