**What will you be doing?**
- Oversee daily operations of the service department to ensure efficiency and high-quality service delivery.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve operational performance and customer satisfaction.
- Develop personnel, ensuring their motivation, continuous development, and achievement of regional targets
- Analyse financial data to identify trends and opportunities for cost reduction and revenue enhancement including full P&L responsibility.
- Collaborate with other departments to streamline processes and improve overall business performance.
- Proactively care for existing customers, ensuring renegotiations, and extending the maintenance portfolio.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
- Develop actions based on market analysis and create business plans, including budget planning and control for Service Supervisors and various groups

**What we are looking for?**
- Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field preferred
- Proven experience in service operations management, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong commercial acumen with the ability to drive business growth and profitability.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience with Profit and Loss (P&L) management.
- Proficiency in service management software and tools.
