KONE has an exciting opportunity for an exceptional Service Operations Manager to join our team in Mascot, Sydney. You will develop and implement strategies for providing cost
- effective, consistent and reliable maintenance services to customers that fulfill ongoing maintenance agreements and achieve specific business initiatives.
- What will you be doing?_- Lead and develop a Service Team with motivation and continuous development mentoring- Coaching Supervisors to be customer service and result oriented Line Managers- Responsible for high level of on going customer satisfaction in the region and ensuring that customers are updated in advance about up-coming maintenance schedules- Creating and developing business plans including budget planning and budget control across the region- Responsible for sales in the Service sector of the region, monitoring sales results and capitalising on all NBS conversions with a proactive approach- Responsible for ensuring handover form Installation to Maintenance runs- Management of Supervisors regarding maintenance planning of all their staff regarding PPE & statutory safety guidelines- Participate in Service Management meetings at a National level- Continuous improvement of the work processes, including Technical Safety Inspection, Emergency service processes
- Are you the one?_- 4-years’ experience in running a service operations team in a similar role- Electrical background or degree desired- Solid knowledge of maintenance and modernisation methods in the elevator Industry desired- Market and customer needs business understanding- Experienced in reporting and must have an analytical mindset- Wide knowledge of construction Industry contracts and their management- Proven experience in maintaining a quarterly and yearly budget desirable- Excellent Customer Relationship management skills- Proactive approach with the ability to communicate effectively with key stakeholders across all levels- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel and Word, PowerPoint
