We’re looking for a Service Operations Manager to join our Doors business in Mascot, NSW. In this role you will leads the Door business in a KONE region, promoting and ensuring the role of automatic building doors in KONE’s People Flow strategy. Developing and implementing strategies for profitable growth in the Door business.
What will you be doing?
- Contribute to strategic planning and decision-making within the region to develop and implement a strategy for Door activities that align with KONE's overall vision.
- Lead a service team in delivering high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Establish and maintain high-level relationships with important (Door business) customers to promote KONE’s products and services.
- Profit and loss accountability - drive improved value-added sales outcomes and manage operational costs to meet KPIs.
- Enhance the KONE brand and ensure safe work practices are strictly followed in compliance with industry regulations and KONE's policies.
- On-going coaching and mentoring of your team members.
- Responsible for customer satisfaction, data management and service quality.
- Report to the Regional Director and collaborates with all functional heads to develop and achieve the regional budgets in Doors, utilizing KONE business processes.
What are we looking for?
- Demonstrated success working within the maintenance industry, leading a technical service/maintenance team.
- Bachelor’s degree in commercial or technical related field preferred.
- Strong mechanical and electrical aptitude.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Previous experience using SAP highly desired.
- Customer relationship management skills and experience
- Prior working experience in doors and/or elevator service business highly desired.
- Full Drivers licence
