Facilities Manager

Excellent opportunity for a Facilities Manager who will be responsible for assisting in the delivery of Facilities Management services, Repair and Maintenance for leasehold and freehold property as designated. Key to this role will be assisting Site Teams manage all aspects of Facilities Management Services. This will include fulfilling the respective lease and compliance obligations across designated sites.
Travel across the region will be required from time to time.
What you’ll do
Ensuring Metcash Facilities Management lease obligations are meet.
Assist in managing the successful implementation of portfolio-wide initiatives and programs including cost savings program, energy program, WH&S, service contracts, FM systems and training & development.
Develop effective stakeholder relationship across the entire Metcash business
Display strong analytical and problem solving abilities to provide value creation / innovation across FM services and supply chains for Metcash pillars.
Ensure that Facilities activities and procedures adhere to applicable laws, policies and best practise guidelines.
What you’ll bring
Experience in a facilities role or similar
Problem solving ability
Experience with CMMS platforms
Strong technical knowledge and background specifically experience with hard services.
Excellent Project Management skills including the ability to run numerous jobs at the same time and work under pressure to meet deadlines.
