We are looking for someone who will be dedicated to ensuring our ANZ clients get the most value from Mintel's market leading data and insights. In this role you will provide best-in-class levels of service, through advanced project support and insight presentations.
Specifically, we need a commercially minded researcher, to be able to bring Mintel's insights to life for our clients in a credible, creative and engaging way ensuring our clients gain value from Mintel. This should result in year on year improvement of our net promotor score, improved retention and seeding growth opportunities. You will be passionate about the consumer landscape, interested in how brands grow and feel at ease talking to people across different types of businesses and at various levels.

**What You Will Be Doing**
- Delivering Insights. You will be presenting trends, category and consumer analysis to executive level audiences across ANZ. Always in an engaging, interactive and confident manner. You'll bring the Mintel magic.
- Driving value. You'll put your analytical skills to work to understand our client's businesses. Supporting the wider Client Management team to deliver more advanced client deliverables and presentations. Advising our clients on what consumer opportunities lie ahead within their categories.
- Seed opportunities. Given you will have touch points across our client base, often working on specific client problems and likely being the most knowledgeable mind in the room; you'll be supporting our Account Managers to identify growth opportunities.
- Mentoring. Being the most experienced person in our Client Management team, you will end up mentoring junior team members to build stories, deliver presentation and improve their analytical skills.
- Ultimately you'll be helping our clients to achieve their business objectives and our team to retain our client base.
