My client is an independent strategic insights agency with a National footprint. With a strong pedigree in quantitative and qualitative research, marketing and behavioural science, they are truly data agnostic, and one of Australia's fastest growing research businesses. Given their continued growth they're now looking for their next Senior Associate Director. This role reports into a Director and is critical to my clients' strategic growth strategy. A clear succession plan exists, and the opportunity will suit a candidate with FMCG, Automotive, Government and Retail category experience and the energy and desire to play a key leadership role in driving the growth and success of this agency.

To be successful in this role you'll have:

  • Proven research agency experience (8+ years).
  • Be conversant with a range of Quantitative methodologies.
  • Exceptional client leadership and stakeholder management experience.
  • Demonstrated experience in people management and best practise.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
